Agile Teams That Actually Deliver

Agile is a practice, not a label. Pears agile teams bring experienced engineers who run proper sprints, write acceptance criteria, hold real retrospectives, and ship predictably. Embedded in your organisation, they raise the delivery standard around them.

Common Questions

Do we need an internal Product Owner?
An engaged Product Owner on your side is strongly recommended — they provide business context and prioritisation that we cannot substitute. We can provide a fractional Product Owner or Scrum Master if needed, but the business-side PO role works best filled internally.
How long until the team is fully productive?
Most agile teams reach full productivity within 2 sprints (4 weeks). Sprint 1 covers codebase familiarisation, tooling setup, and process alignment. Sprint 2 is typically at 60–70% capacity. By Sprint 3, teams are firing on all cylinders.
